Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A: Yes. If you’re not satisfied, you have 48 hours after delivery to contact us for a return or exchange. Items must be in unused condition with full packaging. We will cover the return shipping and issue a refund or replacement in the most convenient way for you.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

A: This is extremely rare — we carefully package all products. But in the unlikely event of damage, send us photos and we’ll guide you through a fast replacement. Return shipping is covered.

A: Each bag is 100% handmade using premium materials:

• Original HAAS & HCP leathers

• Saddle stitching with Fil Au Chinois thread

• Vergez Blanchard tools

• 24k Gold-plated, Palladium & PVD hardware — all with manual engraving

Everything is crafted with attention to detail to match original standards.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer worldwide shipping?

A: Yes! We ship globally using trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, and Aramex. All orders come with tracking numbers.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Express delivery typically takes 3–6 business days depending on your location. For most orders to the USA, it takes 3–5 days door-to-door.

Q: Are there any hidden fees or taxes?

A: No. We cover all international duties, taxes, and shipping fees — what you see at checkout is the final price.


Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept secure on-site payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and major credit cards. You may also choose Direct Payment After Confirmation (bank wire, SEPA, WISE, MoneyGram, Western Union) and receive an exclusive 20% discount. Simply select the “Pay After Confirmation” option at checkout — our manager will contact you to finalize your order and share payment details.

Q: Can I request a custom bag?

A: Absolutely. We offer fully custom orders based on your preferences: model, size, leather, stitching, hardware, serial code, hot stamping, and more.

Q: Are the photos on the website real?

A: Yes, all photos are taken by our team — what you see is what you receive. We want you to feel confident and informed when placing your order.

Q: Can I see more photos before my item is shipped?

A: Yes, before dispatching your order, we provide extra QC (quality control) photos and videos for your final confirmation — just to ensure everything is perfect.

Q: Do you offer installment or split payments?

A: We do not offer installment plans at this time. However, you can choose the payment method that’s most convenient for you, including discounted direct payment options.
